So this week, our lecturer decided to change the teams a little as he believed there was a lack of female representation in the leadership roles. This meant that we had to put two females in charge, leaving our team looking like this:
CEO:
Chelsea Nicol
Project Manager:
Alice Salomonsson
Other Partners:
Karen Chong
Conor Halliday
Hamza Khan
Avran Millar
Alexander Patrick
Emil Viem
Due to team members prior arrangements, we could not meet up at our usual time on Wednesday and instead had to postpone until Thursday - this was a little inconvenient as it meant we had one less day to complete tasks but as always, we managed to overcome that battle and had yet another successful meeting.
We had to complete an OD Matrix task, update our risk assessment (found in the 'Our Research' page of this site) and brainstorm ideas for our stakeholder engagement event.
Members were encouraged to individually go through the O/D Matrix practice task however in some cases it was better to work with a partner as this can often allow for a better understanding of the task from both involved than what could be achieved from a single member working solitary. In order to keep track of whom was still to complete this task, group members posted their answers on a shared google document file with their initials in the title so as to easily identify each submission at a glance. This will help us determine which members have completed the work and who is yet to finish, so that we may more easily work towards a solution during the group meetup scheduled for later on in the week.
